2012 Family Sunball Event
The Salisbury Winter Sports Association (SWSA) will sponsor the Third Annual Sun Ball Dance Party, Saturday, July 14, 2012 on the park like grounds of the Wake Robin Inn in Lakeville. Outdoor festivities will run from 5 pm to 11pm for this fun-filled family event. In case of rain the event will be held in their ballroom.
A local band, True Jensen (winner of battle of the Bands at HVRHS) will be featured as the opening act at 5:30 PM followed by the Tree Top Band, the popular group that performs at SWSA’s annual Snow Ball each February as part of Jumpfest weekend.
Popular radio personality NASCAR Dave and his crew will lend their culinary talents by hosting an outdoor barbeque with Dave’s famous home made French fries.
Outdoor games including badminton and croquet will be available and a bonfire with S’mores for all!
Admission to the Sun Ball is $12 for adults,and children 12 and under are free. Food will be available for purchase as well as a cash bar. Attire is casual.
