3rd Annual Brew-Ski Fest
There will be brews to satisfy every beer-drinker’s taste when the Salisbury Winter Sports Association (SWSA) hosts the Third Annual Brew Ski Fest on Sunday, October 7th from 1pm-4pm at Satre Hill in Salisbury during Fall Festival weekend.
About 20 breweries will present approximately 60 styles of beer, according to Stateline Wine and Spirits, a sponsor of the event. Favorite brands returning this year include Berkshire Brewing Co, Cisco, Harpoon, Lagunitas, McSorleys, Otter Creek and Olde Burnside as well as newcomer City Steam Co.
Tickets for Brew Ski Fest cost $30 per person in advance and are available at Stateline Wine and Spirits in Canaan and Ledgebrook Spirit Shop in Winsted. Tickets will cost $35 the day of the event.
Food will be provided by NASCAR Dave and the Sunday in the Country crew, and festivities will include the ever popular golf ball roll as well as craft vendors.
Proceeds from last year’s event benefited the Jane Lloyd Fund, Lakeville Hose Co and the Sunday in the Country Food Drive as well as youth skiing programs.
